It comes from the Villages of Canale and Monteu Roero.
It is a white wine of refined elegance, pale straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, with a characteristic taste, pleasantly harmonious in alcohol and body.
Sweet and very fresh, it is persistent, with a delicate, herbaceous scent with hints of fresh fruit and citrus.
The annual production is very limited, only few tohusand bottles.

The vinification

Soft pressing, flotation in the tank, fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled Temperature (18 ° C). After a first racking, the wine remains on the fine lees, with slight agitation for 30-60 days.
Clarification of the wine, bottling.
Refinement in the bottle for at least one month before release on the market.
