The first rosé at Casa Einaudi has been thought out to celebrate the 150th anniversary since the birth of the winery founder, Luigi Einaudi, appeal on March 24, 2024, the date on which it was published. Martius masterfully combines freshness, finesse, subtle and dry style, typical of Pinot Noir, to austerity of the Nebbiolo tannin. The color is pink, light ruby. Wide versatility in pairing with food, from starters, to pasta, fish and cheeses. The annual production is a few thousand bottles.

The wine making

Static drainage, cryomaceration for a few days, fermentation at controlled temperatures (around 18°C), aging in steel for a few months.
