This wine presents the same basic characteristics of the Dogliani Docg, but it is notable for the extraordinary expressivity and intensity of the parfumes, obtained from the cautious and separate fermentation of grapes of Dolcetto which come from the Village of Dogliani.
A high quality wine which ages well, of deep ruby red with shades of violet with a fresh, rich, fruity bouquet, full bodied with intense fragrances of woodland, pleasantly tannic and a slightly almond final note.
The annual production is limited at few thousands bottles.
