After the 125th anniversary of Poderi Einaudi which saw the new Barolo Docg Monvigliero 2018 as protagonists, with its dressing inspired by art, and the Dogliani Docg 2021, with the music of Ludovico Einaudi, the selection activity continues scrupulous of vineyards suited by Matteo Einaudi for sensitivity, knowledge and love for his land.

Not only Barolo; New nuance of the Verduno terroir
The newcomer to Casa Einaudi stands out for its intriguing and spicy note which favors its best expression in the spring and summer months; was born from the idea of fully representing the Verduno terroir, thus following Barolo Docg Monvigliero, a very prestigious reference located in the same municipality, north of the Barolo Docg.
Matteo has in fact identified a small vineyard, adjacent to the one already acquired for the Barolo, but exposed to the west and precious for the concentration of limestone, clay and sand.
Vinification and aging in steel for a few months and at low temperatures guarantee immediate approachability and freshness.
