Seminar on tasting &
"sensory discovery"
Who it addresses
To true lovers of wine and wine culture who not only are interested in wine as a drink but also in what wine represents in the historical and socio-territorial context.
What it gives you
A personal, in-depth contact with our head winemaker (tour and tasting normally lasts 1 hour, but in this case you will have 3 hours' time to take in a full experience). It will be a workshop of real critical and constructive exchange, and of mutual growth.
The seminar program
The seminar is divided into Three interrelated parts, with Oenologist Renzo Raimondi:
The Work in the Vineyard, where you will learn about "Sensible Agriculture" with low environmental impact and for the safeguard of people's health. It is here that the "good" wine starts, in the modern interpretation of the meaning (good and right), but also based on Luigi Einaudi's guidelines. Also noteworthy are the explanations on our historical vineyards and the 11 farmhouses that represent our Poderi up to now; the "sub-zones" with their various terroirs; the Pinot Grigio Alsaziano vineyard, a shining pearl in the Piedmontese wine-growing area.
The Work in the Cellar where the work of our team comes together, composed of the owners Raimondi the agronomist... and oenologist Beppe Caviola. It is here that questions about the "secrets" of our art arise.
The Wine Tasting will be dedicated to the senses, in order to rediscover in the glass what was shown in the first two parts. The tasting takes place in a venue of particular architectural interest that belongs to Relais Einaudi (restored while maintaining its original characteristics) and from where you can enjoy the most characteristic view of the Langhe landscape.

Price includes:
- Wine cellar tour
- Tasting seminar, held by the oenologist, with guided wine tasting of at least 4 wines including one Barolo.
- Price: 4 people starting from € 80 per person, 5 people or more € 60 per person (Minimum 4 people, maximum 12). For larger groups: to be agreed.
- Interpreting services: to be agreed. |
